Product Description

The Model 65 is dependable and hardworking; with a simplicity of design that ensures minimal part wear for exceptional performance and longevity.

Self-contained, the valve operates automatically off of line pressure.

The 65 consists of three major components: body, bonnet and diaphragm assembly.

Sasol Fire Protection System (Lake Charles, Louisiana)

Sasol, an international integrated chemicals and energy company, builds and operates world-scale facilities to produce a range of high-value product streams, including liquid fuels, chemicals and low-carbon electricity. In early 2019 in Lake Charles, Louisiana, Sasol was scheduled to open a chemical product manufacturing plant expected to produce 470,000 tons of low-density polyethylene per year. Sasol requested the expertise of OCV Fluid Solutions and its Rep (Lance H Goodman & Associates) to engineer their deluge fire protection systems at the complex in order to protect the reactor pump, pre-treatment vessel pumps, post treatment transfer pumps, and transfer pumps. OCV manufactured and supplied more than 80 Pneumatic/Electric with Manual Reset Deluge Control Values (Model 116-3MR) ranging from 4” up to 10” in size.
