Darryl Massey
Group CEO
Darryl is the CEO of the DCM Group. He established the DCM group in 1986 and has run the organisation since its inception thirty five years ago. His passion and knowledge of the petrochemical and oul&gas industry is extensive.
In his role, Darryls strong entrepreneurial drive has been the driving force behind multiple business opportunities that have positively influenced the vision of the business.
Prior to founding the DCM group he studied Instrumentation engineering and then worked for some of South Africa’s leading Petrochemical companies gaining invaluable knowledge

Strini Naidoo
Group Managing Director
Strini is the Managing Director of the DCM Group of companies. With more than 15 years of industry experience, he has built a successful track record focusing on the development and implementation of growth strategies for the group. In his role, he has led the planning and execution of multiple large industrial projects where his skill-set has significantly influenced the vision of the company.
Strini heads up all commercial aspects of each project, and all orders processed by our sales department. Under his guidance, our sales team performs tender reviews, project quotations and order processing. He is known and respected in the industry and is a valuable part of the company’s senior management team.

LECORE DIVISION
The Lecor division has its own products that are engineered and manufactured exclusively by our factory. Lecor was originally a company founded 1968, and DCM purchased the company in 2002.

What this has actually done, is today, Lecore is a standard, and found in every terminal and petro chemical facility throughout South Africa.
DCM purchased this company to obtain the marget share that it dominates, and today still has at least 85% of the market throughout Southern Africa and being the sole local manufactured company in South Africa.
Product supplied, is as follows:
- Emergency tank venting – as per API 650.
- Pressure vacuum breather valves.
- Flame arresters (typically used on vapor recovery).
- Guage hatches.
- Venting and breathing systems.
- Nitrogen blanketing.
PROJECTS & ENGINEERING
The DCM group Projects and engineering division Provides full EPCM Services For site construction projects, which includes Mechanical, Electrical, Civil and instrumentation disciplines.
DCM’s Main focus is on the petrochemical industry, related to terminals and depots. We have become a specialist in providing Vapour Recovery Systems, Flow metering skids, and related equipment for upstream and downstream applications, Which are all Manufactured, AssembledAnd tested in our factory.
The Projects & Engineering Division Provides the management of complete turnkey projects, from the design phase, all the way through to manufacturing, on site construction, FAT, supply, SAT, commissioning, training and mainyenance.
DCM has installed, commissioned and set up service level agreements with the likes of BP, BP Aviation, Engen, Total, Sasol and Vopak throughout Sub-Saharan Africa.

FIELD SERVICE DIVISION
This division provides a service for installation and site work.
The DCM Group service division, comprised of highly skilled technicians provides installation as well as ongoing service support to all of our customers throughout Sub – Saharan Africa.
The Service team carry out installations and services on tanks, terminals, depots and refineries.
The DCM Group specialises in PLC, SCADA, controll equipment (instrumentation and control valves) on Vapour Recovery Units found at the followinf sites:

VISION 153 – BUCKETS OF HOPE

AFRICA
The Anchor of Hope for Africa is a non-profit company passionate about seeing children empowered through literacy programs in schools around SA. DCM is a proud sponsor and partner with The Anchor of Hope Africa Foundation.
DCM believe in supporting Anchor of Hope during their time at Clayton Primary School in Overport, Durban, to see children learn, loved and empowered. As of 2018, we are helping to further their impact – taking the literacy program, book corners and homework centres to schools around South Africa.
