DCM supplies custom manufactured vapor scrubber systems for many types of hazardous and non-hazardous vapors. Our systems are able to treat air flows from 1 to 20,000 c.f.m. In many cases, 99.9% odor/VOC removal is possible using our systems.
The uses for our scrubber systems range from wastewater and municipal authorities to major refineries and chemical liquid storage terminals. Our manufactures are able to manufacture these systems from many available materials such as stainless steel, carbon steel, poly and FRP. Below are representative samples of the types of scrubber units we supply.

The PPT-24 vapor scrubber is a dual-column, all-poly packed-column wet scrubber designed for corrosive applications. Designed for use where steel is not suitable due to incompatibility. This unit is ideal for use with acids and chlorinated products which normally would cause severe corrosion to steel systems.
Vapor Tech offers a medium sized vapor control system designed for a variety of hazardous and/or odorous vapors. This unit has twin 20” columns and is manufactured from chemically resistant stainless steel. In many cases, the unit by itself is capable of removal efficiencies as high as 99%. When outfitted with the carbon vessel, this system satisfies the EPA requirement for proper emission control devices which yield an efficiency of over 98% (40 CFR 61 Subpart FF). It is designed to be connected to tanks, centrifuges, and/or dryers to provide emission/odor control. This is a skid mounted unit which is rated up to 750 CFM, making it ideal for low to moderate flow applications.
Introducing the most revolutionary vapor phase adsorber on the market. The NOVAC Series adsorber is unique in that it does not require on-site carbon removal service to remove spent carbon. With only a forklift, the unit may be lifted a few feet and the spent carbon may be emptied via bottom lever valve into bulk bags (or other container) for disposal. From the time carbon is spent, the unit may be emptied and refilled and back online within 15 minutes. Furthermore, this unit has one-of-a-kind safety features such as emergency water purge system and deep-well temperature gauges which greatly reduce the chance of a bed fire.

Vapor The VTS36-500 is a compact vapor scrubber system designed for vacuum truck emissions. Designed primarily for stretched vacuum trucks or to be placed on a small trailer/truck, vapors enter liquid scrubber first where they are removed up to 98.5%. Remaining vapors are polished through the twin carbon beds. Each carbon bed has large temperature gauges and has easy-dump valves which make carbon removal simple. No cyclone or extractor is necessary with this system. For safety, a water-purge system is included which in the case of thermal event, a pump will spray 30 gallons of water to both beds to help avoid a fire. Overall vapor removal efficiency of this system is 99%+.
Industrial liquid absorber designed to remove hydrocarbons from vacuum truck pump exhaust. The Eliminator 550-304S has been shown to remove over 98.5% of gasoline vapors stemming from vacuum truck operations. The system is skid mounted and requires absolutely no utilities. To achieve 98.5%+ removal of hydrocarbons, Vapor Tech has developed a chemical media called BIO SCRUB X. This chemical media is economically priced and when spent, may be used as a fuel source due to the high BTU values. Unit is able to use other chemicals to absorb a host of other vapors, not simply hydrocarbons.
